2/1/19 - Winter Weekend Pep Assembly

Frankfort-Schuyler High School showed its Maroon Knights pride during the Winter Spirit Week from January 28 through February 1. The week-long celebration included themed dress-up days, a hallway decorating competition, pep assembly and the Winter Weekend Dance.

Students donned their best outfits to earn points for their class during the themed dress-up days which included Comfy Cozy Day, Tie Dye Tuesday, Elderly Appreciation Day and Spirit Day. The senior class earned the Winter Weekend spirit paddle with the most students dressing up throughout the week.

The week of festivities wrapped up with a Winter Weekend Pep Assembly on February 1. High school students and teachers, along with some family and friends gathered for a recognition of senior winter athletes, announcement of all winter sports teams, naming of the Winter Weekend king and queen, and several games including Knock Out, Pie and Bubble, a three-legged race, Dizzy Bat and the Cookie Game.
